*Please note that some specialty or custom orders may need more advanced notice of order time due to detail of design, an/or special items that may need to be acquired to complete the special requirements for the design, or quantity of items.

In some instances, orders may be available for a RUSH delivery.  Please check with us for details.

Any custom order is not guaranteed without the required 50% retainer payment. 

Custom Orders will be put on the scheduled upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable retainer.  In some instances, orders may be available for a RUSH delivery.

RUSH ORDERS

​

Rush Orders require an additional fee of 20% of the total order fee, due at the time of the non-refundable retainer fee, and is also non-refundable.  

​

IMPORTANT NOTICE - CANCELLATION/RESCHEULE/CHANGE TO ORDER

​

If you need to change or reschedule an order, we will work with you to the best of our ability by making the convenience of one date change and one order change, at no additional charge.  Please note, a date change that would be considered a RUSH order, would be considered under the circumstances at the time.  However, that order would be eligible for a RUSH fee.  If the order has already been started, the date cannot be changed.

Also, we cannot guarantee availability for the rescheduled date and cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver should this happen.

If you choose to cancel your order, you will forfeit all monies paid toward the order to date.  

​

Custom orders take days to create.  No changes to your order will be accepted within days of scheduled delivery date for any specialty order.  

We will do all that we can to make sure that your order is correct, beautiful, and of course yummy!  If you, for some reason, have any issues, please contact us ASAP.

If the client fails to contact us about an error or issue with a product within 24 hours, no credit or refund of any kind will be given.  

​

Should the product in question be incorrect (such as; 1) flavor is incorrect, 2) decorations are missing; 3) filling is wrong flavor or missing) the client should contact MIMI'S within 24 hours (the sooner the better) to make an official complaint.  If it is a weekend, the client should contact and leave a message with the date and time they are calling with a brief statement of the issue.  We will return the call as soon as possible when business hours resume.

While some of these baked goods may not contain nuts, or other allergens, please note that they are not made in a nut-free, or other allergen-free kitchen.  ALL allergens should be discussed.
